I'm sorry your view of this project is only 2 stars. We strive for 5 star quality and customer service every day. As a small business in the community it is what we thrive on and have been doing for almost 18 years. We were very transparent in our estimating and invoicing. Our estimates and our invoices both state that delivery is an additional fee. "Except where indicated, prices do not include tax, shipping/delivery or requested alterations." We do not mark up UPS charges, we pass the direct cost to the customer. We completed your project the same day we received payment, emailed you to let you know that it was ready to pickup and that is when you asked about delivery. I invited you to come to our office and pick the job up. I also offered to deliver the print via UPS for $12. That's the extent of the project. You asked for a refund "or else you will leave us a bad review and call your bank". We processed the refund with 2 hours of your request. As for the business cards, I asked you questions to try to help with the project. It is not normal practice for us to print 50, very customized, specialty business cards and I warned you that they would be very expensive for such a small quantity. One final note, that "some woman" you mentioned happened to be the business owner as well as my wife. I wish you luck with your business, it's a tough world out there.

I was shopping online for a printing company, we have a collection of images from around the world and some will be part of our business, I sent a picture and started the communications with Greg, $36.62 for ONE photo 14x11...?! Anyways, I thought ok, lets see the quality of this. Oh to my surprise, the shipping is $12!! I totally thought delivery was included, oh well, he said I should pick it up! And if you want a business card with golden or silver embossing thats a minimum of 1000 cards! They DONT do 50.. Right after I requested my money back with the following review Greg offered me a refund but I had to call their office and give my card info. Unfortunately I was out and didnt have that one with me. Right after we came back home, I read an email from Gregs staff complaining, claiming confusion, requesting an explanation..?! Lol I read of an apology for the negative experience I had and my time invested on this. So my husband called their office and I just received an email notification of a full refund. Simple simple.

Best people in the business. They do it all and they do an awesome job. The graphic arts is awesome and everything thing else from banners cards invoices ,table covers . Ill always use them ... Im glad I found them.

As always, this amazing locally on business did a great job for us! Are printing and signs were on point, and the hardware they were able to acquire for us in this difficult time of supply chain issues was PERFECT, And even better but weve had in the past.
